Paver Patios, Pool Decks & Outdoor Living in Lakeland, FL
Lakeland is home. We live here, we work here, and we build outdoor spaces all over town.

Building in Lakeland
Building outdoor spaces across Lakeland.
Lakeland has a little of everything: brick streets and 1920s bungalows near Lake Morton and Lake Hollingsworth, mid-century ranch homes in Dixieland and around Lake Hunter, and newer subdivisions out toward South Lakeland, Highland City and Lake Gibson. Each one asks for something different.
- Historic and older neighborhoods. Front walks and entries in classic patterns like running bond or herringbone, shaped to fit mature trees and narrow lots.
- South Lakeland and Highland City. Larger lots and pool homes, so pool deck replacements, lanai extensions and full backyard outdoor living.
- North Lakeland and Lake Gibson. Newer builds with builder-grade concrete patios that are ready for an upgrade.
Local know-how
Built for Lakeland ground and weather.
City or county? Some Lakeland addresses are inside city limits and some are in unincorporated Polk County, and right-of-way rules differ. Permits and HOA approvals are the homeowner's responsibility.
Sandy soil, heavy summer rain. We build the base and slope for Lakeland's afternoon storms so water leaves the patio, not the foundation.
HOAs. Many South Lakeland communities approve color and pattern. We'll share the specs you need for your submittal.
